End-user licence (EULA)

1. Licence

IT-Systems grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Mail EducaMadrid on devices you own or control, provided you have a valid EducaMadrid account.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, decompile, sublicense or redistribute the app except as allowed by law. You may not use it to attack other systems or bypass security.

3. Updates

The app may update automatically. Some features (alerts, extra languages, translation) depend on this backend and the AI engines the administrator configures.

4. On-device data

The app may use notifications, Face ID / fingerprint, contacts (only to match your phone book with mail) and the system Quick Look for documents, with the permission you grant.

5. Stores

If you download Mail EducaMadrid from the App Store or Google Play, those store terms also apply.

6. Termination

This licence ends if you breach these terms or lose EducaMadrid access. You must then stop using the app.

7. “As is”

The app is provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness. EducaMadrid operates mail and cloud; we operate the client and the alerts backend.
