1. Controller

IT-Systems (it-systems.es) is controller for the Mail EducaMadrid backend (alerts, languages, device registration). EducaMadrid / Community of Madrid is controller for IMAP mail and Nextcloud. Contact: info@it-systems.es.

2. What data

On our server: EducaMadrid username, email, internal id, APNs device token, model, OS and app version, chosen language and technical admin-session cookies. We do not store the EducaMadrid password. Mail and cloud content do not pass through our server.

3. Why

To authenticate the device for alerts, translate the interface, send administrator-authored notifications and keep the service stable. We do not sell your data.

4. Processors

Apple APNs delivers iOS alerts. Translation may use configured engines (Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, Cerebras, DeepL or Google Translate). They receive only the text to translate.

5. Retention

Device registration and alerts are kept while you use the app or until you ask us to delete them. Request erasure at info@it-systems.es.

6. Rights

You may request access, rectification or erasure under GDPR. For mail and cloud, contact EducaMadrid.

7. Education community

The service is for EducaMadrid account holders (teachers, students and staff). On-device processing follows EducaMadrid usage rules.
