1. Acceptance

By using Mail EducaMadrid (iOS/Android app or this site) you accept these terms, the EULA, the privacy policy and the cookie policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Mail EducaMadrid is a native IMAP mail and EducaMadrid Nextcloud client. This site (educamadrid.it-systems.es) is the backend: push alerts, languages and AI engines. Mail and files stay on EducaMadrid servers, not ours.

3. Accounts

You sign in with your EducaMadrid username and password. The mail password is not stored on our server: the device talks to EducaMadrid IMAP directly. The backend only stores a user id, email and the device notification token.

4. Use

You use the app under EducaMadrid and Community of Madrid rules. You may not use it to access other accounts, bypass security or send unlawful content.

5. Artificial intelligence

Some features (interface translation) may be sent to AI providers configured by the administrator. Results must be reviewed: accuracy is not guaranteed.

6. Limitation

Mail EducaMadrid is provided “as is”. IT-Systems is not liable for damages from use or inability to use it, to the extent permitted by law, nor for EducaMadrid service availability.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after publication means you accept the current version.
